The following services are provided as an integral part of the architectural service, where necessary or requested by clients:

project management: the Association for Project Management APMP qualification within the office backs up our experience in this field with an industry-recognised standard
Client Design Advisor service, registered with the RIBA. This service is intended to help clients with the initial stages of their project in order to clarify their brief and aspirations for the project, prior to design work being carried out
disabled access design services: we have training and expertise in this area to ensure that the increasingly important issues of accessibility are fully considered and designed
contract management, contract law and other legal matters: Austin Winkley & Associates considers that the effective contract management of projects, and an understanding of the legal side of the building industry, is a vital part of our expertise
Planning Supervision of the health and safety aspects of projects
consideration of energy efficiency and matters to do with the ecological aspects of building
cost control, contract documents and quantified specifications
conservation architecture and creative design in the context of historic buildings. We have wide-ranging experience in advising clients on alterations and repairs to Listed Properties, backed up by our registration with the AABC as Accredited Conservation Architects
